Independent Lifestyles Support Agency specialises in support for Adults with Complex Needs such as Learning Disability, Acquired Brain Injury and Physical Disabilities which includes Challenging Behaviour.
We provide care and support for people who can not wholly look after themselves, in their own homes, at times convenient to them, and in ways they find most agreeable.
We have sound principles underlying the way we run our service and central to these is our belief that the rights of customers are paramount.
Independent Lifestyles Support Agency provides specialist support to adults with Complex Needs – the agency is registered with the Care Quality Commission and is compliant with The Essential Standards of Quality and Safety (Section 20 regulations of the Health and Social Care Act 2008). We support individuals in their own homes and in the community, to be as independent as they can and want to be, in areas of their choice. Support can be for several hours at one time, or short periods for specific purposes. We support customers with travel to college, shopping, cooking, correspondence, leisure & occupational pursuits and many more. We support customers and their families with a range of daily living tasks including personal care, domestic chores, health needs, independent living skills and anything else required to maintain their well-being.
We take great pride in offering consistent support to customers, enabling a trusting relationship to be built and quality support to be achieved.
