What do you enjoy most about your role?
No one day is the same. The variation of tasks changes daily and weekly and the juggle of the role keeps it fresh.It’s very rewarding to know that, even as the administrator, the work I do matters and makes a difference in more ways than one.
What matters most in good support?
Everything matters. No one aspect of support within the care of people matters more than others. You are making a difference in someone’s life. Being kind, listening, observing, and responding to someone’s needs is just as important as caring about how well you succeed in providing the care someone needs.Bio:
This is the first position Charlie has held working for a company within the care sector. Over the years she has worked predominantly as a Key Account Manager in fulfilment, customer services, and sales sectors. However, Charlie's experience within the care sector is more first-hand as her mum worked within the care sector until retirement and as a family they lived on-site. Providing daily care for others was really a large part of Charlie's life and childhood.
