Who we are

Independent Lifestyles provides specialist support for adults with complex needs, including autism, acquired brain injury, learning disabilities, mental health needs and behaviours that may challenge.

We support people through supported living and care services across Sussex and Kent, helping each person to live as independently, safely and confidently as possible.

Our work is built around the individual. We take time to understand each person’s needs, wishes, strengths and goals, and we provide support that promotes dignity, choice, wellbeing and inclusion.

We are committed to providing high-quality, well-led services. This means investing in our staff, strengthening our quality assurance systems, maintaining robust safeguarding practice, and continually reviewing how we can improve.

As an organisation, we aim to grow carefully and responsibly, developing services that are genuinely needed, person-centred and in the best interests of the people we support.

Our vision is for every person we support to be recognised as an individual, valued as an active citizen, and given opportunities to participate fully in their local community.

We believe that everyone has potential. With the right support, people can build confidence, develop skills, make choices and enjoy meaningful lives.
