Support Worker roles are usually worked on a rota basis and may include evenings, weekends, sleep-in duties and/or waking nights, depending on the service.

Some roles may have specific requirements, such as being a driver or requiring a female or male support worker, where this is necessary to meet the assessed needs, dignity, privacy or preferences of the people we support, and where an occupational requirement applies.
