Support Worker roles are usually worked on a rota basis and may include evenings, weekends, sleep-in duties and/or waking nights, depending on the service.

We are currently recruiting for Support Worker roles across several locations. Some roles may have specific requirements, such as being a driver or requiring a female or male support worker, where this is necessary to meet the assessed needs, dignity, privacy or preferences of the people we support, and where an occupational requirement applies.
Service Manager – West Sussex
We are seeking an experienced and passionate full-time Service Manager to lead two supported living services in West Sussex. You will be supported by a dedicated Area Manager and Operations Manager, while having the autonomy to lead in your own style – driving high standards, building strong teams and achieving meaningful outcomes for the people we support.
We are looking for a leader who leads with positivity, compassion and confidence to inspire teams to deliver outstanding, person-centred support. You will champion quality, safety and continuous improvement while understanding the complexities of supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism and aquired brain injury.
