Supported living in Sussex & Kent
Independent Lifestyles provides high-quality supported living and care services for adults with a wide range of needs across Sussex and Kent. We deliver tailored support that is built around each person, helping them to live safely, confidently and as independently as possible in their own home and community.
As a CQC-registered care provider, our services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission. We work in line with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC standards, giving individuals, families and commissioners confidence that our support is safe, reliable and professionally governed.
Person centred independence
We support people to make choices, build skills and take part in the things that matter to them. Whether this means developing daily living skills, accessing education or work, building friendships, managing routines or enjoying community activities, our support is shaped around the individual.
At every stage, we aim to promote confidence, independence and inclusion, while making sure each person receives the right level of support for their needs.
Everyday living support
We provide practical, everyday support that helps people build confidence, develop life skills and take part in the world around them. This may include support with travelling to college or appointments, shopping, preparing meals, managing correspondence, keeping on top of routines, attending activities, and accessing leisure, learning or vocational opportunities.
Our aim is to make daily life as manageable, meaningful and enjoyable as possible, while supporting each person to increase their independence at their own pace.
