What I enjoy most about my role is working closely alongside other managers and teams across our supported living services, sharing ideas and learning from other managers to provide the best possible support. I value maintaining relationships with families and turning their expectations into meaningful outcomes for the people we support, most importantly seeing people happy and smiley - this is what makes the role so rewarding for me.What matters most in good support?
