Our leadership and management team brings together many years of experience across supported living, residential care, learning disability services, autism, acquired brain injury, mental health, safeguarding, quality assurance and service development.
Together, they help ensure our services are safe, well-led, responsive and focused on positive outcomes for the people we support.
Experienced, Approachable and Values-Led
Our managers play an important role in supporting staff teams, working with families and professionals, and ensuring that each person receives care and support that is tailored around their needs, wishes and goals.
Many of our managers have developed their careers within Independent Lifestyles, progressing through support worker, team leader and management roles. This gives them a strong understanding of day-to-day support, the importance of consistency, and the difference that skilled, compassionate care can make.
